Q. 1. Why are you applying for financial aid?

I am requesting financial aid primarily because I am from a lower middle-class family in

Pakistan and cannot afford to pay for expensive fees. I have a strong desire to learn
about IT technical support, and I think that taking this course, Introduction to
Technical Support, will help me in enhancing my knowledge and skills along with
achieving my future objectives. I graduated from college with a degree in computer
science in 2021, but I was unable to get the ideal job in my field of interest because I
lacked the necessary knowledge and skills. Coursera, in my opinion, is the finest venue
to expand on technical knowledge and skills to an area that is evolving quickly and has a
promising future. The course's instructor is truly exceptional and explains everything in a
way that isn't found on other free websites. Therefore, I humbly request that the entire
Coursera team evaluate my application and provide me with financial aid so that I can
finish this course. I guarantee that I won't take this opportunity for granted and will
work hard to continue learning new things.

I chose this course, Introduction to Technical Support, because I'm passionate and keen
to learn the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the IT industry. Finishing this course
will improve present knowledge and skills along with my job prospects and increase the
likelihood that I will submit a strong CV when applying for jobs. This course will assist
me in analyzing and resolving a variety of computer and network-related problems. The
knowledge gained will have more credibility with a valid certificate. Additionally,
because industries are now placing a high value on specialization and the software and
technology sector is continuously becoming more competitive, receiving certification in
this course would not only help me stand from the crowd but improve my resume's
chances of being selected by employers who are seeking skilled IT specialists. The
industry has a lot of potential and prospective growth, so I think this course is the ideal
choice to help me reach my long-term objectives.
