Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you of my intension to resigh from my position as Junior Officer from
Sirajdikhan SME/Agri Branch, effective from January 16, 2024. I, the undersigned, joined
Bank Asia Limited on February 20, 2019 as Trainee Officer and I have been rendering
services to your eminent bank with best effort till date.
Further to my career aspiration and acceleration, I pursue another opportunity and resign
from your bank. I shall be grateful if you kindly waive me from 3 months notice period pay
and adjust my relevant dues and liabilities from my end service benefits at the earliest.
Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to work in this esteemed organization. I amoblige
for the guidance and support along with all the opportunities you have given me during my
tenure.
In view of the above, I request you to kindly accept my resignation and arrange issuance of
release order at the earliest.
