sincerely and with dedication since 15.09.2004. This is not out of place to
mention that I have learnt a lot from my superiors & colleagues as they have
been very kind to me throughout my stay. Now I have a better chance from
some other organization and I am to join from 01-08-2007.

I therefore, tender my resignation with heavy heart which may please be

accepted from 01-08-2007 onward enabling the undersigned to avail the said
