Request for pay the deducted salary

To HR,
Respected Sir, It is submitted that I am working as a cash sorter in CPC Lahore
for many years. I have always tried my best to gain maximum level of satisfaction of the
seniors while performing my duties. I never committed any act of negligence, or violation of
company rules during my job period.
Anyhow, I could not attend the office from 04 august to 23 august due to kidney stone pain.
As a result, penalty of “deduction of twenty days salary” is imposed upon me.
Sir, I cannot stand that sort of thing in which my salary will be deducted as I am a single
breadwinner of the family.
In the light of above, you are requested to order to pay my remaining salary, I shall be
thankful to you.
