I am a customer with HDFC Bank Limited, holding Customer ID – 43977516.

My Bank A/c No. is 03671000035252. I have opened an FD A/c No. 50300070452774,
against which I have availed of Super Saver facility which increases the overdraft limit
of my Bank A/c No. 03671000035252 to the extent of 75% of the FD amount.

In this regard, I would request you to please withdraw and close the Super
Saver facility against the FD A/c mentioned above and oblige. This is because, I have
no requirement of the facility anymore and I would not want a lien marked against
my FD A/c anymore. Therefore, please withdraw this facility with immediate effect.
