Dear Mr. Aidzeef,

May this letter reach you in the best of your health. To begin, previously I did pledge my support to stay
at Chartered Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals (CIIF) until end of this year. However, for the sake
of my own personal growth and the better opportunity that I will be looking for, I regret to inform you
through this letter as a formal notice of my resignation from my current position as a Senior Executive,
Operations & Membership Management effective today 12 th of April 2022. I shall serve my notice
period of two months from the date of this letter.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your time and endless efforts in my learning process and
advancement during the past three years. I have strived to give my best to fulfil professional expectation
during my time at this wonderful institution. I also acknowledge any shortcomings from myself, and
therefore would like to extend my apologies.

You can be rest assured that I will perform my “business as usual” and will be co-operative in assisting
any transition and hand-over including fulfill my responsibilities during the next coming two months.

It’s time for me to take a break while allowing your esteemed institution to grow with the current new
generation and ideas, and I wish CIIF all the best for the future.
