I am writing to express my interest in the opening for the Front Office Manager position at
Double M Hotel and

I am drawn to this opportunity for several reasons. First, I have a proven track record of success in
receptionist or front desk managerial roles, most recently in my previous job as Department
Receptionist. A highlight from my time there was when I’m one of the best work immersion
employee because of my excellent service. Due to the positive feedback, I received afterward, I
have been given a highest score for our work immersion and have a good relationship with our
supervisor and other employee in our department.

I am also attracted to this role because of the growth opportunities that the Double M Hotel
provides. The research that I’ve done on your company culture has shown me that there are ample
opportunities for self-motivated individuals like me. A high level of organization and attention to
detail are second nature to me, and I’m eager to apply these skills in new and challenging
environments.

My Goals and Plans for the Future is to become successful businesswoman and have a stable life. But
first, my plan is to finish my study and after that I am going to apply in oe of the 5 star hotel here in the
Philippines for 2 years and then another 2 years for international (Cruise/Hotel/Restaurant) and if I have
enough budget for making my own Restaurant Business, I will start creating my dream Seapaknet
Restaurant and give my mom a business and her dream house. And then, after that I am going to start
my own Family and create my dream house at the age of 25 and get married. Becaue I want to be a
hands on Mom on my children someday, if I have business and stable life by that time, I want to focus
on my family. Even I have everything that I dream of, I will still chose to have a simple and peaceful
life and ofcourse establish a God-centered Family.
