My name is Ragav Singh, and I am from the magnificent city of

Ambala, which is located in the state of Haryana in India's
northernmost region. I am writing this brief statement of purpose for
the application I am submitting to your university in order to
participate in the Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Global Tourism and
Hospitality Management program. Since May of this year, I have been
in possession of a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, and I have
more than six months of experience working in the Food and Beverage
service industry. I have a strong interest in developing a career in the
hospitality business and acquiring an in-depth understanding of the
complex managerial responsibilities that are involved in this field.

The experience of guests who put themselves in vacation mode can

be significantly improved by hospitality managers, who have the
unique opportunity to do so. It is a privilege to be able to contribute to
the joy and peace that guests derive from their vacation, and the fact
that I will hold the power to ensure that their experience is perfect from
the very beginning is what fascinates and inspires me about this line
of work. I genuinely believe that it is an honour to be able to do so.
Because the global standards and practices of hospitality
management are being refined, success in this fast-paced industry
necessitates an in-depth familiarity with the most recent advances in
hospitality management theory and practice.

As soon as I finished the prerequisite coursework for my Bachelor of

Hotel Management degree, I started looking into various specialised
programs that would familiarise me with the global aspects of the
hospitality industry while also giving me hands-on experience with the
challenges and opportunities that are unique to this sector. This is how
I found out about this specific program, and I didn't waste any time
submitting my application for it. I knew that the various components of
the curriculum, along with other factors such as the short duration of
the program, would prove to be invaluable in assisting me in
accomplishing the professional career goals that I have set for myself.

Because I will have the opportunity to put the skills and information
that I acquire during the course into practice and obtain extremely
helpful insights into the field as part of the extensive work experience, I
am confident that the internship will contribute to and improve the
quality of the educational experience that I receive. I am really looking
forward to getting more information on Hospitality Operations
Management and Developing Hospitality Strategy, as well as the
international elements of these topics. My primary objective in the
working world is to establish a career in the hospitality industry as an
operations manager, and having knowledge of these topics is
essential to achieving that objective.

After finishing the program, one of my goals is to find work with

international resorts and hotels in various parts of the world to acquire
a solid understanding of global standards of hospitality and tourism.
By doing so, I will be able to comprehend what expectations guests
have in order to make their vacation experience as enjoyable as
possible, and I will also be able to determine how I can contribute to
the demands of the industry while also keeping up with global trends.
After gaining sufficient professional experience, I intend to go back to
India and open a resort that welcomes tourists from all over the world
and gives them a chance to have a vacation that is both stunning and
unforgettable.

My completion of this program will, without a doubt, provide me with

the skills, expertise, and exposure I need to accomplish everything that
I have set out to do. After doing a lot of research and thinking it over, I
decided to attend this particular university because of its highly
supportive nature toward the students. This includes the institution
taking thoughtful measures such as extending career support up to
five years after course completion. This was a major factor in my
decision to attend this particular university.
