Dear Sir/Madam,
Most humbly submitted that I, Samich Ghosh, have been granted admission to Canada
College, Montreal, Quebec (DLI # O19338447695) for the Business Administration and
Commerce program, commencing from the January 23rd, 2020.
About the same, I would like to put forth my personal and educational details, reasons to
choose Canada as my preferred destination. Pursue higher education and my future goals and
aspirations.
Commerce is the backbone of any industry. Whether enormous or tiny, every business
venture needs to have managers and administrators to enhance its growth and profitability. I
have grown up watching my father and grandmother build and transform a small-scale
enterprise into a successful business. The fact that owning a company allows a person to
shape and flesh out his dreams. To make his own choices and decisions and be positioned to
create jobs in a community. Make his contribution inspires and drives me to procure
extensive knowledge about business administration, management, and commerce. Riding on
my passion for learning more, I completed my Matriculation in 2015 and Senior Secondary
Education 2017 in the Commerce stream. After completing my senior secondary education, I
started working in my father’s company as Sales Executive since July 2017.
However, considering a relatively small organizational footprint, I believe I lack the
fundamental knowledge of Business and Commerce to venture. Out of my city of the state
and explore higher opportunities in this field. My experience of over two years has given me
the confidence that I do have the street smartness required to excel in this field. I do wish to
plug the knowledge gaps in my repertoire and excel in the field of Business. I firmly believe
that a diploma in business administration and commerce will give me the power to create my
career path.
My father is a businessman and owns Stationery Goods sales and supply business
(Ramkrishna Variety), and my mother gives private tuitions. My family has always been
supportive of education and were delighted to learn about my interest in pursuing a formal
education in Business Administration and Commerce from Canada. My parents have
encouraged me and taught me that the skills and knowledge I learned while earning a
business degree could be an asset almost anywhere.
While exploring more about the study in this domain, I found that a degree in business
administration and commerce could open career paths. That leads to high salaries, job
satisfaction, and nearly unlimited opportunities for growth. It helps a person to get a better
position and gives a competitive edge in the job field.
Moreover, the given program at Canada College, Montreal, will qualify me to pursue a career
in areas such as accounting, finance, marketing, sales, and trade. Business Administration and
Commerce program at this esteemed institution not only focuses on enhancing the necessary
skills of communication and business ethics but also provides the students the required
exposure of the essential computer applications used in the various fields of activity. This
degree will open up a world of career opportunities for me and by gaining a Canadian
diploma I will be a in top priority list for the recruiter of various major companies situated in
India. Such as commercial banking, accounting, retail management, real estate, foreign trade
are just a few spheres to name; this degree will also enable me to make a way up the
corporate ladder gradually.
Why Canada?
With the development of trade and commerce in the past few decades, India has tremendous
growth prospects for Business and Commerce graduates. But unfortunately, my country lacks
good institutions to impart quality education and training. Therefore, students like me seek
opportunities in foreign colleges and universities, which provide in-depth knowledge of this
field. The education system of Canada is brilliant in all sorts of ways and ranked as the best
among the whole world. All Canadian institutes provide a dynamic, innovative, and
challenging environment in which one can create and nurture their true potential.
Additionally, education from a foreign land will be an opportunity for me.to move out of my
comfort zone. And also meet other students, instructors, and counsellors that may be
instrumental to my career development.
Future Goals
Regards,
Samich Ghosh.
