Subject: Leave application for 3 days due to seasonal fever

Sir,
I am Noushin Sharmin. I am writing this to inform you about my uninformed absence from work
for the last 3 days. I was suffering from a high fever and cough. It was not possible for me to
attend office at that situation because I became very weak. I am feeling better now and
returned to the office today.
