Letter of Resignation

Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you that I would like to resign from my position as the commis iii – Pesty and Bakery from
24th april 2023. The decision to leave the hotel has not been an easy one. However, I have to do so because of a
personal matter. I will never forget the guidance and the support provided by you. I am also indebted for the whole-
hearted cooperation provided to me by all the staff members.

It has been an honor and privilege for me to have worked for such a prestigious organization. I had an opportunity to
learn many new things and grow as an individual during my tenure with the company.

Please let me know if I can be a of help to make the process of resignation and handover a smooth one & I am
willing to cooperate. Please be kind enough to issue me an experience certificate which would help me immensely in
the next place that I will be working with I wish you and the Maalu Maalu Resort & Spa good luck in its future
endeavors.
