    I would like to inform you that I am resigning from my position as OPD Nurse effective 30 days
    from today’s date.

    Thank you for all the support and opportunities you have provided me over the years. I have
    truly enjoyed almost 10 years my time working at BIMC Hospital Kuta, like my second home
    and i am grateful for the encouragement you have given me to develop both my personal skill
    and professional knowledge .It’s been great pleasure working with all team and representing the
    company. I wish BIMC Hospital Kuta continue success.

    Please accept this letter as my formal notice of resignation from BIMC Hospital Kuta.
