Subject: - REPLY OF SHOW CAUSE NOTICE

Respected Sir,
It is submitted that I am working in Sandeman Provincial Hospital, Quetta
as Chief Medical Officer (B-19) with commitment and punctuality. Out of a sudden I
received a letter from Medical Superintendent with Show Cause Notice on 15 th February,
2023 that, “The Deputy Commissioner Killa Saifullah reported that you have been posted
on 10-01-2023 at THQ Hospital Muslim Bagh but you have failed to join your duty and
absent from duty till date” (Annex-I).

2. It is stated that my supervisor and Head of Department of Dermatology in

Sandeman Provincial Hospital Quetta has written a letter that I am regularly working in
the Unit / Hospital as MCPS Resident / trainee in Dermatology. The period started from
01-01-2022 and will complete my course on 01-01-2024 and requested for cancelation of
my transfer order (Annex-II). All the relevant documents are attached and concerned
authorities allowed me to be trainee and undergo this training course.

3. Respected sir, I really worked hard to gain a good positon in medical field
and \ I got enrollment in this capacity building course to improve my qualification and
get the degree of MCPS but out of a sudden I was shocked to receive Show Cause Notice.
We have really limited opportunities to excel in this profession. It is really disturbing for
me that this age of 59 I am served with a Show Cause Notice after serving this
Department for more than two decades with zeal and commitment and punctuality. I will
get retied in March, 2024 marking the end of my career in capacity of Government,
however, I will be serving the society in my private capacity.

4. It is requested that Show Cause Notice served upon me, may kindly be
withdrawn to serve justice and I may kindly be allowed to continue as Chief Medical
Officer (B-19) in Sandeman Provincial Hospital, Quetta to complete my remaining one
year’s training course so that my previous one year may not be wasted and get retired
with honor and dignity which is the wish of every Government Servant.
