Kindly refer Govt. order No: 103-JK (HME) of 2020 Dated 31-01-2020 duly endorsed by
the Directorate of Health Services Kashmir Vide No:Est-3/1-133/345-57 Dated 01-02-2020
where in Dr. Muzaffar Sherwani has been posted as I /C Block Medical Officer Bandipora.

In this context it is submitted that incoming block medical officer has not joined till date
which has affected the smooth functioning of block Bandipora though his predecessor has
already been relieved from block Bandipora with the directions to report Block Medical Officer
Hajin for further duties at PHC Nowgam Block Hajin.

It is pertaint to mention here that current financial year is closing very soon and there is
every apprehension lapsing of funds and will create unnecessarily liabilities for the next financial
year.

Therefore it is requested that in the interest of administration / patient care either the Dy.
Chief Medical Bandipora or Principal AMT School Bandipora may be authorized to exercise the
drawing and disbursing powers of Block Medical Officer Bandipora till the concerned Block
Medical Officer resumes his duties.

 In supersession of all previous orders issued by this office the following Nursing
Orderlies shall exchange their place of postings shown against each with immediate
effect.

However both the officials shall continue to draw their pay dues at their respective

authenticated by Medical Superintendent DH Bandipora and Block Medical officer
Bandipora.
