cited have issued orders for continuation

Further the Government vide G.O. 2nd cited the services of persons
working on Contract / Out Sourcing basis on 02-06-2014 extended provisionally
up to 31-12-2014 subject to the existing terms and conditions vide G.O. 1"tcited.

ln addition to the conditions mentioned in G.O" 1"t cited the

Departrnents concerned shall follow

1) The contract wlth the individual employees or with the Manpower

/ Agencies shall not be treated as continuing from the past but
as new contractual arrangement for a limited duration.

2) The Departments shall not issue a generic order of contractual

and shall refer to the arrangement as contracting services for
specific duration with specific terms of reference.

3) The Departments shall define specific terms of reference ( TOR),

supervision system, performance management system, terms
and conditions of contract and monitor fulfillment of these
condition.

Hence, the Medical Officers ( DDOs) of Medical & Health tnstitutions

in the district are hereby directed to obtain the fresh agreement from the

contractual employees working in their control w.e.f" 02-06-2014 and submit the
same to this office for taking necessary action.
