RE: RESIGNATION LETTER

Good day!

First, I would like to thank St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center for giving me the opportunity
to enhance my cognitive ability, skills and attitude in this career for the past year. It is with
regret that with this letter, I tender my resignation as Staff Nurse of the Hemodialysis Unit as
of today, August 26, 2022, with my last day of work on September 26, 2022.

After much consideration, I decided to work remotely temporarily and focus on my NCLEX
review as well in processing all the documents needed in pursuing this new chapter. I’ve also
decided to focus on taking care of my mother.

Moreover, considering my resignation, I will make sure that my final duties are taken care of.
I would be happy to assist and train for my replacement and rest assured that I will teach
everything they need to learn.

I am sure St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center will continue to live up to its sterling reputation
and continue providing top patient care. Many thanks for the advice and mentoring these past
years. It has been a privilege to work with you.
