Greetings!
I, Jimuel S. Busaco, currently a UM-OIC of Gusa Unit, Area 3, Cagayan De Oro Branch. It’s
gratifying working in CARD MRI. I like my job profile and worked here for over 7 years and 8
months. Over this years, I learned many things and benefited both personally and professionally.
Also, I had lots of opportunities along it’s way to learn and grow specifically the training's that
lead me to be a progressive staff. I believe that my service have been beneficial to the company
as well.
Today, I am writing this letter of request to transfer in CARD MRI Development Institute, Inc.
(CMDI) as teacher in Senior High with the proper process on applying as teacher, since I’ve
heard CMDI Buenavista will open next school year. I passed the Licensure Examination for
Teacher (LET) last March 2023. I want to use this achievement as to be one of the teacher in
CMDI. And its a big opportunity for me to to be part of it.
I hope you will consider my request in the light of my achievements.
