Subject: Resignation Letter - Vice President of Central Student Government

Dear: Sir/Ma’am

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally resign from my position as the Vice President of
the Central Student Government, effective tomorrow.

It has been an incredible honor and privilege to serve as the Vice President of the Central Student
Government. I am immensely grateful for the trust and support that you and the entire student body
have placed in me during my tenure.

After careful consideration and reflection, I have come to the difficult decision to step down from my
role. This decision was not made lightly, but I believe it is in the best interest of both the organization
and myself. I have recently been presented with a unique professional opportunity that requires my full
attention and commitment.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to you, the President, for your leadership and guidance
throughout my time in school. Your dedication to the betterment of the student community has been
truly inspiring, and I have learned a great deal from working alongside you.

I also want to extend my appreciation to the entire Central Student Government council for their hard
work and collaboration. Together, we have accomplished many significant initiatives and made a
positive impact on the student body. I am proud of what we have achieved together.

To ensure a smooth transition, I am committed to providing any necessary support during the handover
process. I will work closely with the incoming Vice President to ensure they have all the information and
resources they need to succeed in their new role.

I would appreciate it if we could schedule a meeting to discuss the transition plan and any other
necessary formalities. Please let me know your availability, and I will make myself available accordingly.

Thank you once again for the opportunity to serve as the Vice President of the Central Student
Government. It has been a transformative experience that I will always cherish. I am confident that the
organization will continue to thrive under your leadership, and I look forward to seeing the great things
that the Central Student Government will accomplish in the future.
