Dear Mary Jane Lajera,

I am writing to formally submit my resignation from my position at Sutherland Global Services

effective December 4, 2023. It has been a privilege to work with such a dedicated and talented
team, and I am grateful for the opportunities and experiences I have gained during my time
with the company.
After careful consideration, I have decided to resign due to a significant life change. I am getting
married and will be relocating to a new city. This decision was not made lightly, and I believe it
is the right choice for my personal and family life.
I want to express my gratitude for the support and guidance I have received from you and the
entire team. I have learned a great deal during my tenure and have enjoyed contributing to the
success of the company. I am confident that the skills and experiences I have gained here will
serve me well in my future endeavors.
