This letter has been written to inform you of my resignation from my post as an

Employee Relations Officer effective May 31, 2022.

Unluckily, I am leaving this job due to many unsettled issues and the reason behind my
departure from here will be kept private and personal.

Despite all of it, I will always be thankful for the opportunity I have had to improve my
skills and gain additional experience. Undoubtedly, my responsibilities here have helped
furnish me with the expertise required for the position I am recently applying for.

My time here has not been wasted. I have gained experience and have so many life
lessons and realizations. I have worked with a dedicated group who has earned my
respect and admiration. I sincerely wish co-workers well in their future endeavors.

During my time at this company, I have learned and grown professionally. My experiences here
both the good and the bad have truly made me realize how trustworthiness, responsibility,
empathy, honesty and association with a receptive colleagues matters in a workplace and with
discontent and dissatisfaction towards my expectations, I believe, it has widened my thinking
and pushed me to decide and step out from my whole working life at KCC Property Holdings
Inc. Thank you for all of your guidance and support during my employment.
