Sure, so, my name is Leah Anne Cajucom 32.

For the past 3 years, I’ve been working as a veterinarian at my relatives’ clinic.

I have some background in veterenary, with a degree from central Luzon state university.

Throughout my career, I’ve noticed that I’ve always been good with communicating and pets.

Moving forward, I hope to expand my experience across different industries which is why I’m interested
in your company

What has been your positive and negative? Management experience?

There are certain specific life-changing experiences that have both a positive and negative contribution
in the general lifestyle and personality of an individual. Based on my personal reflection and experience,
I lost my job after working years for the same company. The loss of my job resulted in a complete shift in
my entire life. The career I had for years came to an abrupt end when the company I worked for was
sold. To stay employed I took another position and a year later that job was moved out of the area. The
shock was unbearable under the circumstances so it was time to dictate a new beginning and career
change.

What's your biggest weakness?

Communication is a crucial factor any person ought to have to pass an intended message effectively. To
be sincere, I had a problem communicating. Speaking before people, be it a small or large congregation,
was a challenge. One of the goals I set prior to my placement was to reduce my anxiety when talking to
large crowds more so, strangers. The experience I gained out of the work placement has contributed
significantly to my communication skills. It has helped me a lot while working, and I am confident it will
impact my future career. I engaged in public speaking during different occasion as a worker during my
work experience. It helped boost my speaking and confidence skills. Furthermore, occasionally, we could
engage in different interviews as the employees within the organization. It helped in removing anxiety
and staying focused to what was required of me at the moment. Besides, it boosted my self-confidence
since I can speak, selflessly, and without feeling uneasy.

Why do you want to work here?

The reason why I want to work here is that I can see myself growing professionally in this position. You
probably noticed from my resume that every job I’ve had since graduating has been related to my
interest. I believe I can apply all the skills I’ve acquired so far for an organization of your size. Helping
other people learn new things and expand their knowledge has always been my passion. I can’t really
think of a better position than this one to practice professionally what I love doing. I’ve always believed
that everyone should have equal opportunities, regardless of their social background. This is why I
deeply admire your work with vulnerable communities and all the projects you’ve undertaken to
provide everyone equal access to employment. That’s why I’d be more than honored to apply all my
years of experience for such an impactful organization as yours!

What will be your contribution to our company?

I can contribute my ability to streamline office processes. For example, I developed a new method for
scheduling client appointments which led to an 85% decrease in scheduling errors. I would love to bring
not only this method, but my general organizational skills to this job at your company. My previous work
experience included innovation in many areas, including strategies for more effective teamwork. At my
previous company, I devised strategies for improving teamwork and communication among members of
team projects. I can bring not only my ideas from my previous job, but my general passion for
innovation, to your organization.
