    Dear Maam/Sir,

    I hope this letter finds you well.

    I am writing to formally resign from my position at SM-Appliance effective on July 29, 2023.
    Please consider this letter as my formal notice, and I am ready to make the transition anytime to
    ensure a smooth handover of my responsibilities.

    I want to express my sincere gratitude for the four years I've spent with this well-serviced
    company. During my time here, I have grown both professionally and personally, and I am
    thankful for the opportunities and support provided by the SM-Appliance team.

    However, a new and exciting career opportunity has come my way, and I believe it's the right
    time for me to take this leap. I am eager to bring the positive and valuable experiences with me
    to my next endeavor.

    I deeply appreciate the relationships I've built and the memories I've made during my tenure. I
    will always cherish my time at SM-Appliance.
