Dear Ma’am/Sir,

I am writing to formally resign from my membership with CARD INC. effective today
September 27, 2023. It has been a privilege to be a part of this organization, and I have
truly valued the experiences and opportunities it has provided me. However, due to
time constraints or increased in my work or personal commitments that leave little or no
time for active participation in the organization, I find it necessary to step down from my
membership at this time.

I want to express my appreciation for the support and camaraderie I have received from
fellow members during my time with Card Inc. I have learned and grown through my
involvement here, and I am grateful for the relationships I have built.

To ensure a smooth transition, I am more than willing to assist with any outstanding
responsibilities or tasks associated with my membership. Please let me know how I can
be of assistance in this regard.

Once again, I want to emphasize that this decision was not made lightly, and I have the
utmost respect for Card Inc. and its mission. I hope that my resignation will not affect
the positive relationships I have cultivated here.

Thank you for understanding my decision, and I wish Card Inc. continued success in the
future. Please consider this letter as formal notice of my resignation, and please confirm
its receipt at your earliest convenience.
