CALL FOR RENEWAL OF CLUBS AND SOCIETIES REGiSTRATION AND

REGISTRATION OF NEW CLUBS.
Dear Students, As the General Secretary of our organization, I would like to take this
opportunity to extend my warm greetings to all of you.
This communique is to inform us all that individual who are interested in creating
clubs/societies on campus can pick up forms,fill and submit them to the Clubs and Societies
secretary. Previously registered Clubs/Societies must also renew their registration as a new
year has began.I will take this opportunity to remind us of the important role that clubs and
societies play in our community. They provide a platform for individuals with common
interests to come together, connect, and engage in meaningful activities.
In order to maintain the strength and vitality of our clubs and societies, I would like to
encourage all members to actively participate in the events and activities organized by these
groups. Whether you are a seasoned member or just starting out, your contribution and
participation are invaluable.
Additionally, I would like to remind all club and society leaders of the importance of
effective communication and collaboration. By working together, we can ensure that our
clubs and societies continue to thrive and provide valuable opportunities for our members.
Finally, I would like to express my appreciation for the hard work and dedication of all club
and society members and leaders. Your efforts make a significant impact on our organization
and our community.
