To our beloved Rotaract Clubs,

Greetings of the day!

We hope that you and your family are doing well.

On behalf of Rotaract Club of Meycauayan East, we are reaching through your genuine and kind heart with
regards to our upcoming project “ABAKADA sa Kalsada” which is to be held on November 25, 2023.

At Rotaract Club of Meycauayan East, we are practicing cultivation, advocacies, and projects that will benefit every
individual in the line of the community that we are attached to. As per the mission of this project, we eyed to have this
advocacy of us staged in your Barangay, particularly at Sitio Balaongan Ibaba, Barangay Pantoc and Perez Ibaba
Court, Barangay Perez on November 25, 2023 from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM - Onwards.

In line with this, we are also valuing your advocacies as part of the growing community. Thus, we would like to
extend our sincerest request for your kind heart upon this project. With your support, and the rest of the Rotaract
Clubs, this project will surely become effective and it will truly cascade the message of the importance of Basic
Education and Literacy.

We would like to organize this project with you, thus, a Co-host fee amounting Php 200 will be a great help for
the success of this advocacy. In return to your support, we will have your Club logos and name cascaded on
every publication material, social media posting, and tarpaulins that are to be used on the day of the project. If
you'd like to Co-host this project, as long as we received your support, whether you are there or not, we will still
have your club's logo and name mentioned in all post and acknowledgements.

As to this matter, we will surely give the best project to your community as we are genuinely looking forward to
your support and approval of this advocacy and event.

At this early, we are already grateful for your endless support to the Rotaract Club of Meycauayan East mission
and vision.
