Dear Hon. Mayor Petilla,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. It is with mixed emotions that I write to
inform you of my decision to resign from my position as Mayor’s office clerk in the
Municipality of Palo, Leyte, and effective November 3, 2023.

This decision was not made lightly and comes after much contemplation. I have had the
privilege of working alongside you and the incredible team at the municipal government, and
I am truly grateful for the opportunities and experiences that this role has provided me.

I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for your guidance, support, and the collaborative
environment that you have fostered. It has been an honor to contribute to the community
and to be part of the positive changes we have achieved together.

As I move on to new opportunities and challenges in my career, I am committed to ensuring

a seamless transition. I am more than willing to assist in any way I can during this period to
hand over my responsibilities and offer any necessary support.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the entire municipal team for the
camaraderie and the growth I have experienced during my time here. I am confident that the
Municipality of Palo will continue to flourish under your capable leadership.

I genuinely appreciate the relationships I have built here, and I look forward to maintaining
these connections in the future. I have the utmost confidence in the continued success and
prosperity of the municipality.

Once again, thank you for the invaluable experiences and support you have provided. It has
been an honor to serve the Municipality of Palo, and I wish you and the team continued
success and achievements.
