Dear Mrs. Fowler-Greenslade,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally tender my resignation from my position at the
Mangrove Cay District Council Office, my last day being June 23rd-2023. Please accept this letter as my
formal notice of resignation.

I am deeply saddened to be writing this letter, as I had hoped for a positive and productive working
experience during my time at the council office. However, after several months of being denied training
and enduring a constant lack of respect, I find it increasingly difficult & exhausting to continue in my
current role.

Since my initial appointment, I have repeatedly approached Mrs. Green, expressing my sincere desire to
receive the necessary training to fulfill my responsibilities effectively. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to
address the issue through emails and the recent meeting involving yourself, Chief Councilor Mr. Keith
Robinson, Mrs. Green, and myself, the situation has not improved. If anything, it has only deteriorated
further, making it unbearable for me to continue in this work environment.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you Mrs. Fowler-Greenslade, for your support and
encouragement throughout my tenure at the council office. I genuinely appreciate the time you took to
listen to my concerns during the meeting and the steps you have taken to address the issue. Your efforts
are commendable, and I acknowledge the challenges you face in managing the dynamics within the
office.

Despite the unfortunate circumstances that have led me to this decision, I leave with a sense of gratitude
for the experiences I have gained during my time at the Mangrove Cay District Council Office. I will
always cherish the opportunities I had to contribute to the community and work alongside dedicated
colleagues.
I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition during the notice period. I am more than willing to assist
in any necessary handover tasks to minimize disruptions and support the continuity of work within the
office.

Once again, I extend my sincere appreciation to you, Mrs. Fowler-Greenslade, for your support and
understanding. I hope that the issues within the council office can be addressed to create a more
positive and nurturing work environment for future employees.

Thank you for the opportunities, experiences, and the trust you have placed in me. I genuinely
appreciate it.
