Ms. Baltero,

Please accept this letter as notice of my resignation from my position as Travel

Consultant Supervisor effective on December 8, 2019. I will render 30 days starting today, rest
assured that I will help in the replacement process to help alleviate my position and I will also
properly endorse my remaining tasks and responsibilities. I know this may be unexpected but
please respect my decision as this will be for my personal growth also there are some factors
that led me to this decision. I just wanted to further hone my professional skills and explore this
field that I’ve chosen.

I would like to thank you for your generosity of sharing your wisdom and knowledge to
me that guides and inspires me to develop myself. It has been a great honor working under
your management for the last two years. I cannot thank you enough for the opportunity you’ve
given me and I will never forget the colleagues that I’ve met in this field. I know that this company
is poised for continued growth and I wish you more success in the future.

I will miss the customers, colleagues and the company alike.

I do not intend to give any inconvenience to the company but please do accept my
sincerest apology for making this. If necessary, I will still be available for phone and email
inquiries from home. I could still be you travel agent and a support for the company.

Thank you so much for your understanding in this matter. I have loved my job, I am
dedicated to it since then and I will look back on my time here with wonderful memories.
