    Dear Ms. Dendy Maries,

    I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to discuss the current situation regarding my
    responsibilities within Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineer Student Chapter. It has
    become apparent to me that I am currently juggling a significant number of commitments, both
    within the organization and in my personal life, which has led me to reevaluate the capacity in
    which I can contribute effectively.
    While I am passionate about our organization's mission and value the work we do, I
    believe it is essential to be realistic about my limitations. Balancing these numerous
    responsibilities has proven challenging, and I want to ensure that I am providing my best
    contributions to the areas where I can make the most impact.
    After careful consideration, I have decided to step down from my position as the Head of
    the Income Generating Committee. I believe that someone with more focused availability and
    experience would be better suited to lead the committee successfully. This decision is not made
    lightly, and I believe it is in the best interest of the committee and the organization.
    At the same time, I want to assure you that I remain committed to being an active and
    supportive member of the organization, I'm open to exploring ways in which I can assist with the
    transition or take on other roles within the organization that align more effectively with my
    current capacity.
    I would like to suggest Ms. Kimberly Satsatin, who has demonstrated dedication and
    aptitude within our team, be considered for the role of Head of the Income Generating
    Committee. I believe that her abilities and commitment make her a strong candidate to take over
    this leadership position.
    I deeply appreciate the understanding and support that Philippine Society of Mechanical
    Engineer Student Chapter has provided me thus far. Please consider this letter as my formal
    week notice for stepping down from the role of Head of the Income Generating Committee, with
    my last day being August 21, 2023.
    Thank you for considering my request, and I look forward to discussing potential ways I
    can continue to contribute to Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineer Student Chapter and its
    initiatives.
