MINUTES OF THE MEETING ON THE THIRD CARD DAY AND

PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE OF GRADES 3 AND 4

Third Quarter Card Day and Parent-Teacher Conference started with a prayer

led by Mrs. Carmona Batac, a Grade 4 parent followed by the checking of attendance.

The first part of the meeting was the distribution of report cards to the parents.

Ms. Barrientos mentioned that the result was based on the different distribution of

percentage in each category like the written works, performance and the periodical

exam results. The computed grades of the pupil depend on how well did the pupil

exert in class. Ms. Barrientos even told the parents that whenever there are

queries, the parents are free to check on the output results of the pupils.

The parents on the other hand agreed on the things Ms. Barrientos mentioned.

They even asked her discipline the pupils whenever they are unruly or

misbehaving.

The Card day and 3rd Conference with parents went well throughout the day.
