THIRD QUARTER
SY 2023-2024
Narrative Report

In the continuation of this school year 2023-2024, the class adviser held the HRPTA
meeting for the third quarter. The HRPTA meeting for Third Quarter was held in Grade Three-
Guinoo classroom .The meeting began through the singing of the national anthem followed by an
opening prayer. To figure out if the attendees were complete, attendance was made by a roll call.
For the school to give in the attendees the clear outline of what will happen in the meeting, the
agenda was mentioned.
The teacher continued the meeting by awarding the certificates to the students who
demonstrated their academic excellence for the third quarter. She also presented additional
certificates for the other students who always attended classes and for those who participated in
other school activities. She was pleased that plenty of her students were attending the classes
every day. She mentioned the new schedule in conducting disinfection of the room.
She added some of the issues and problems encountered by the students such as the
frequent passing of written works and performance tasks. The class adviser regrets that the
student’s grades will be affected if the student would continue this habit. If there is difficulty in time
and passing, she can be approached to provide a solution for it. Another problem is the increasing
number of students dropping out of school. The class adviser seeks help from the parents and
guardians who knew or neighbors of other students who no longer goes to school. If possible, they
should attend the classes again. Some of the parents/guardians responded favorably. The class
adviser reiterated that it was important to help the other students so that they could continue their
education.
The next thing that the class adviser talked about was the provision of grades for the
students. Some of the parents asked about their children’s grades in the report card. The class
adviser explained that each subject has its own percentage, therefore we cannot compare each
other. She repeatedly showed the graph for the different components and percentage. She said
that it is important that all the activities of the students.
Another thing was the regularly checking of the parents’ group chats for them to be updated
on the school announcements. Just in case that they cannot access the online platform Facebook
Messenger, they will be reached through text and calls. Then an open forum was made for the
parents and guardians queries. The teacher again thanked the attendees and if anyone
remembers to ask more questions can contact through text or Facebook Messenger. At the end of
the meeting everyone offered a closing prayer.
