representative at BlueShield of California, effective June 30, 2023.

The reason for my resignation is that I will be returning to my hometown to complete the remaining
hours for my studies and to attend my graduation ceremony. After that, I plan to relocate to Novaliches,
Quezon City, and pursue a career that aligns with my college degree.

I would like to thank you for the opportunity to work with you and the team for the past year. I have
