Dear Jezzrell Jan Bermejo

Please accept this letter as my final form of notification that I am resigning from my position as
a Customer Service Representative with Grubhub at Foundever, former Sitel. At December 12,
2023. As I agree to extend my stay from October 20,2023 to November 30, 2023.

Thank you so much for the opportunity to work in this position for the past year and six months.
I’ve greatly enjoyed and appreciated the opportunities I’ve had while assisting our customers or
diners with their concerns. I’ve learned many things in this job, and one of my favorite things is
when I can effectively address a customer's questions or worries about their order by placing
myself in their position. Also training new hires about the process was very helpful for my career
as person as I grow even more. All of this, which I will take with me throughout my career,

I’ll do everything possible to wrap up my dutie. Please let me know if there’s anything else I can
do to help during the transition.
