Christian Greetings!

I am writing to inform you of my decision to resign from my current position as a Security

Guard effective today October 25, 2023.

This decision has not been easy for me, as I have enjoyed my time at Ilocos Norte National High
School and value the experiences and growth I have gained during my tenure here. However, I
have recently applied for a new opportunity that aligns more closely with my long-term career
goals and aspirations.

As of now, my application for the new role is pending, and I believe that this change would be in
the best interest of my career development. While I would have preferred to finalize the process
before resigning, I believe that this is the right step for me to take at this time.

I am fully committed to ensuring a smooth transition during my notice period. I am more than
willing to assist in training my replacement, completing, and handing over any ongoing projects,
and providing any necessary support to my colleagues.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to you and the entire team for the support, guidance, and
camaraderie I have experienced during my time here. I have great respect for the company and
its mission and am grateful for the opportunities I've had.

Please let me know if there are specific tasks or projects you would like me to focus on during
my notice period, or if there are any other guidelines I should follow during this transition.

I believe this decision is the best choice for my new journey, but I depart with fond memories
and appreciation for the time I spent with Ilocos Norte National High School. I hope that our
paths may cross again in the future.

Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to finishing my remaining time at Ilocos
Norte National High School on a positive note.
