Good day!

I would like to explain the report about transferring my classes during the period of November 25 to
December 25.

This timeframe coincided with a busy month for me as I am currently juggling a master's degree program
and a full-time job. Despite my careful time management, unexpected challenges arose, leading to the
necessity of transferring classes.

Balancing the demands of a rigorous academic program and a full-time job required a heightened level
of commitment and dedication. Despite my best efforts to stay on top of all my commitments, there
were unforeseen factors beyond my control that, unfortunately, impacted my ability to adhere to my
obligations at GLATS INC.

I want to assure you that I take my role as an ESL teacher seriously, and I understand the importance of
consistency and reliability in delivering quality education to our students. I sincerely apologize for any
inconvenience caused by the class transfer.

I assure you that I am taking steps to prevent a recurrence. I have reevaluated my schedule and am
committed to maintaining a more robust plan for my online classes.
