Health & PE

Welcome
Hello, I am excited for you to begin your Health Journey in class with me this year! I am from a small
coastal town in Northern California (the Forest Moon of Endor if you are a Star Wars fan) and have
recently moved home after 25 years. I love all things health, fitness, sports related and love working to
help my students understand just how amazing and unique the human body is.

assignment/assessment. This will be explained to you on a case by case basis.
• You will receive 10 participation points each week.
• Participation points will be given based on attendance of live classes as well as engagement and
