Dear SR. Marylou,

I am very honoured to be working for Our Lady of Fatima Academy of Dao, Inc., and have learned much
in the time that I have spent here and be part of the teaching staff. However, it is with much sadness to
inform you that this is my formal resignation from my post as Teacher 1 with OLFA. My last day of
employment will be on October 05, 2022.

This decision has not been easy, but I have decided that it will be in the best interest for my career
advancement and future development. I am available to assist in the smooth transition of my current
role.

Once again, I would like to thank you for the opportunities that you and the academy/school had given
me. I wish you and the academy/school many more successes in the future.
