I am Gilfer Jean Cabel, a fourth-year Social Work student at Jose Maria College, and in
order to fulfill an academic requirement for this semester I am writing this letter of intent
to request for applying for an internship as a social worker in your area. These are the
prerequisites I must meet in order to complete my internship:

1. To render a total of 1000 hours of community-based internship.

2. With scheduled days of availability, Monday to Friday, and flexible to work during
weekends if needed.
3. From 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

I am excited to work with you and would be honored if given the opportunity to complete
my internship with your fantastic firm. I appreciate that you are offering an internship
that is the line with my course and I hope that you will take this into consideration.
