Dear Mr. O’Sullivan,

I would like to inform you that I am resigning from my position as Academic Administrator
for EPG School – Salwa.

Thank you for the professional and personal development you have assisted me for almost 4
years. I've enjoyed working with everyone, observing how we all manage to stand to all those
difficulties in each school year, each experiences hone me to be a better individual inside and
outside of the school.

However, be my career has taken a different direction and I feel it is time to move on to new
opportunities and challenges. I am asking for your approval to allow me to resign from my
position due to the financial difficulties that my family in the Philippines is experiencing at
the moment. I will be forever grateful to all the help and trainings that EPG has given me, but
as much as I want to stay, the salary that I am currently receiving is no longer enough to
sustain all our needs back home.

I am still under contract until June of 2021, so it is just a huge leap of faith to request an
approval for my resignation. The company that I am planning to transfer to is willing to
shoulder my VISA since it was expired from May of 2020 and we will just be asking for an
approval of transfer from EPG.

Please accept my resignation from my position, effective 7th February 2021 if possible and if
allowed by you and the HR department.

I understand that this immediate request is going to be difficult, but I am asking your kind
office to consider it due to some unexpected circumstances.
