Respected Sir,
In continuation of application dated 16th Feb. 2011. I beg to submit the following for your
kind and sympatheic consideration.

While renewing my request as stated in the above mentioned

application I fervetly request for release of my salary of Nov. and Dec. 2010 which is still lying
outstanding.That sir I am a married man having two sons children. Hence lost four months I have being
unable to remit money to my family. As a result of which my family is facing extreme hardship at my
native place. My two college going children have already being given several warning by the college
authority to leave the college due to non-payment of fees the children’s have being frustrated and
phoned me several times, being a father, I couldn’t help at this critical moment.

In view of the above stated facts, I pray to you your honor that the offer
mentioned outstanding amount due to me may kindly be released and sanction along with my salary of
Dec. 2011 along with Feb. salary 2011.

Thus, for which act of kindness I will remain ever grateful to you and oblige
