Pres. Quirino Wesleyan School, INC. is asking from your good office to reopen
our EIS system just to upload one invalid documents which is DepEd Approved Tuition
Fee Certification. We already visited by the certification team and already send via email
our lacking documents. On May 06, 2020 we already submitted all required documents on
the EIS system and we are expecting that within 48 hours we can have the validation from
the EIS system. But suddenly we just received a phone call that one of our documents is
invalid and that was June 5, 2020. Attach here in next page are all screenshots when we
uploaded all necessary documents.
