Good Day!

First, I’d like to send my utmost gratitude for the good working experience here in BPS. Thank you for
the countless opportunities to work and for the trust that you have given me as a management analyst
and as a part of BPS. However, due to some personal circumstances and new opportunities that have
arisen, I have decided to resign from this company. It was hard for me to come up with this decision
especially that I have become fond of the honest and fun working environment but a new opportunity
for me to work and take part on humanitarian efforts has been offered to me. Being able to help in
alleviating the situation of our fellow countrymen that has been affected with the inevitable disasters is
an opportunity that I would never want to miss.

Thus, I am sending this letter as my two-weeks- notice of resignation from LTS Pinnacle Holdings, Inc
which would start this Monday, February 10, 2014 for my resignation to be made effective on February
21, 2014. I am very grateful of the time that I had spent working in this company and I will always
remember it with good memories. I hope that I have contributed to the betterment of this company
especially in our department during my stay.

I am very sorry if my resignation might cause inconvenience but I hope that my honest disclosure would
help you understand my position. I shall also commit myself to finish all my deliverables until my last
day, February 21, 2014.

Thank you very much and I know that I shall look back at my experience in BPS and NCCC with so much
gratitude and pride.
