Respected sir,

I hope this letter finds you in the best of health and spirits.
Sir, I would like to draw your kind attention towards the issue of inequitable treatment meted
out to me with regard to my professional contribution at Fauji Foundation by not awarding me
Special Performance Bonus. I would like to proffer the following in this regard:
 I joined Fauji Foundation Education Department on 11 July 2019 as Senior Manager,
Administration & Management. I was assigned the duties of dealing with all the
administrative issues related to students, teachers and staff of newly opened 38 FFSs all
over Pakistan.
 I was also assigned the duty as member of the team for updating the newly developed
Education Division online Software (FFERP). For this purpose, I liaised with different
service providers and educational chains for making own system more comprehensive
and user friendly.
 I also developed a Question papers Data Bank for HR (Edn) for induction of new teachers
and lecturers.
 I developed a pro forma for the inspection of FF institutions as member of the inspection
team.
 I also developed a concept paper for FF Outreach Program in order to enhance the
efficiency of own educational setup.
 I was subsequently deputed as Principal Fauji Foundation College, Dhamial on 13 August
2020. It is the only FF institution which is running school in the morning and college in
the evening. I performed duties for complete one year as principal for the school and
college in the morning and evening, respectively. This way, I remained on duty from 7
AM to 7 PM.
 After assuming charge of the College, I dug out a matter regarding the misappropriation
of funds by my predecessor and the then SCAA and arranged a Court of Inquiry which
corroborated my findings. I also requested for and arranged a Special Audit of the
 Principal and helped recover the embezzled amount of Rs. 425,000/- (approx.)
 I streamlined the ledgers and procedures of the college to the best of my ability by sitting
late hours.
 On retirement of ex GM (Edn), I was called back to FFHO to take up charge as Acting/
Officiating GM (Edn) on 9 August 2021. I performed this duty till the arrival of the
incumbent on 1 April 2022. Whereas the teachers of FFES who perform officiating duties
are paid Officiating Allowance for higher duty performed for minimum 60 days, I was
neither paid Officiating Allowance, nor was a staff car provided to me which I was
rightfully entitled to, despite the fact that I performed the duty for almost 7 months.
 It is pertinent to mention that I was in the topmost category of officers having KPI of 90
and above for the year 2020-21.
Sir, I will be completing my 3-year stint at Fauji Foundation on 10 July 2022 with a deep sense of
satisfaction with regard to my performance in this outfit. However, in the event of recognition of
contribution of some officers working under me by awarding them Special Performance Bonus but
disregarding mine, I feel highly disappointed, rather embarrassed.
Above in perspective, I am hopeful that your kind self will give sympathetic consideration to
my plea and redress my grievances, being on merit.
