CAREER OBJECTIVE:

Aspiring a suitable response entry level position in an organization that provide me an


opportunity to prove myself and polish my skills through challenging tasks to improve myself
as well as for the organization.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

 In June 2022 joined Teleperformance as a Team leader in Byju’s process.


 Currently handling a team of 20 associates. Work involved here to interact with clients at
every level, handling team, Audits and publish reports.
 Worked with various international and domestic clients.
 One year Experience in Municipal Corporation Ambala.
 Worked as Data Operator with municipal corporation, Employee of Perfect Web Tech Pvt.
Ltd.(from April 2017 to March 2018).
 Work involved dealing with public and handling public, online data entry, scanning,
indexing, reporting, record management in municipal corporation.
 48 Months experience in Concentrix Daksh Services India Private Limited Chandigarh.
 Joined Concentrix in July 6, 2018 in Wheelz process as Customer Representative.
 Wheelz is a process of Uber.
 In wheelz we handle the queries of the uber customers. They raise a concern regarding
their problem and our work to handle the queries of the customers through call.
 Working to maintain Backlogs, Resources, Escalations, and Supervisor Calls, Bridge calls in
Wheelz.
 Ensure that the resolution is done within the service level agreement.
 In July 2019 got first promotion as Senior Representative (acted SME) in Onfido
 In Onfido work involve to verify the personal Documents which is issued by the
government.
 Work involved to check further the document is fraud or not. If it is fraud mark it as a
fraud and reject the document.
 In a day we have to process more then 450 documents.
 Work involved in Onfido to support the nesting batch who are on production and also
involved in the internal Quality check of the documents and shared the feedback to BQs.
 In May 2020 got second promotion as Team lead, Operations in Wheelz.
 At that time I was handling a team of 25 associates.
 Work involve as a Team Lead to meet all agreed client SLAs and performance parameters.
 Provide support to the team by acting as the first line of escalation for customer related
queries.
 Identify areas of concern and under performance and take corrective measures.
 Responsible for development of team members- team motivation, up-skilling- career
development.
 Assist in scheduling and time management, allocate work and prioritize, perform real time
monitoring, evaluate and coordinate operational, administrative, IT and HR issues for the
team and forward non- resolvable issues to the Operations Manager.
