As part of the BBA curriculum and in order to gain practical knowledge in the
field of management, we are requested to make a report on summer internship.
The basic objective behind doing this project report is to get knowledge about
the working of the company finance and gaining practical knowledge.

The practical studies are treated as a different subject in BBA which helps the
students in practically applying their theoretical knowledge. It helps us to face
competition, builds up our confidence and also add something to our
personality. Over and above in this fast-moving economy, here practical studies

During my HR recruiter internship, I had the opportunity to work with a

recruitment process. Here is a summary of my experience as an HR recruiter
intern:

1. Sourcing Candidates: I became proficient in using various sourcing methods,


such as online job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to identify
potential candidates. I also learned to use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to
manage candidate databases efficiently.

2. Resume Screening: I was responsible for reviewing resumes and applications,


shortlisting candidates, and creating candidate profiles for further evaluation.
This process involved matching qualifications and experience with job
requirements.

3. Interview Coordination: I assisted in scheduling interviews and coordinating


the logistics of the interview process, including preparing interview rooms,
ensuring that interview panels were informed, and managing candidate
communication.

4. Conducting Initial Interviews: I had the opportunity to conduct initial phone


or video interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience,
