1. Set short-term goals every single block of work - we set 45 min or 1 hour - this what you should achieve 2. Time your work - if you're losing focus stop
the timer short and wrap up whatever you were on. 3. Look at the time you work for then divide that by three or four to get the number that you need to rest
4. During that rest, if you're really tired, you wanna do something that's more active relaxation like meditation or something else such as getting chorse or

Dear Sir, REQUEST TO TRANSFER TO VILLANUEVA
CAMPUS After much reflection, I have made the difficult
decision to request a transfer from my current USTP
campus to Villanueva Campus. While my time here has
been formative, I feel that a transfer to Villanueva Campus
would better nurture my personal growth and development
at this stage of my academic journey. The campus
environment and values seem well-aligned with this next
chapter I envision for myself. Additionally, having friends
at Villanueva Campus will help make this transition a
smooth one. Their guidance and support means a lot, and
I look forward to experiencing campus life by their side. I
