To whom it may concern:

I'd like you to please accept this as my formal notice of resignation from Shoe
Salon. My last day will be June 14, 2023, a week from today. I have been struggling
with some health issues that have made it increasingly difficult for me to fulfill my
responsibilities at work.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunities and experiences that I
have gained during my time with the company. It has been an honor to work with
such a dedicated and talented team. However, due to my health condition, I have
come to the difficult decision that I need to step down from my position and focus
on my health and recovery.

I intend to continue working at the highest quality level until my final day of
employment. Please let me know how I can help during this transition. I wish you all
the best as the company continues to grow.
