Letter of Resignation Due to Medical Reasons

Dear Sir/Madam,
Resignation from position due to medical grounds.
I am writing to express my regret for having to write this letter to hand in my resignation
due to medical reasons. As you are aware, I have been experiencing medical issues for
the past few months, which have rendered me unable to continue working.
I'm sorry it's come to this, but I appreciate working for Mount Rock Corp./Veta Madre
Inc. and have had a fulfilling job thus far. Unfortunately, I now have to confront the truth
and pay more attention to my health, which I am unable to do while working. I hope you
realize the circumstance I'm in.
I will do everything I can to assist you with a seamless transition of my job, but I would
prefer to complete as soon as possible so that I may focus on my recovery/time
remaining, etc.
Thank you one more for providing me with this opportunity and these experiences. My
time with Mount Rock Corp./Veta Madre Inc. has been excellent.
