COMPLAINT: UNETHICAL TREATMENT FROM (BANK NAME AND BRANCH)

As refer to the above matter, I am OFFICE NAME, an employee from Bangsawan Distribution Sdn
COMPANY NAME woud like to make a complaint upon one of the staff from BANK BRANCH due
to her unethical and unfriendly treatment.

2. This related complaint is made based on the fact that I believe I have the right to get the
appropriate services from BANK NAME, since BANK NAME is the branch that dealing with
Bangsawan Distribution Sdn Bhd in most of our financial transactions. For details, on date 2020, at
time pm, I have visited bank branch for the company’s current account updates.

3. Responding to my request, I have been directed to one the staff named Madam xxxwho
supposed to provide me with the updates on the company’s current account. However, the treatment
and conversation that I have received yesterday is totally beyond my expectation which I considered
these are all UNETHICAL AND UNFRIENDLY. Madam xxx did not show her professionalism
throughout our conversation and have triggered the uncomfortable and intense situation.

4. I hereby requesting Maybank HQ to deal with this complaint professionally and providing me
with the explanation and justification upon you staff’s unethical manners, together with an
APOLOGY. Bangsawan Distribution Sdn Bhd did not tolerate with any unfair treatment which can
affect our credibility. Your response and feedback are urgently needed is this matter.
