I am writing to you to request a review of my salary.

I have been working as

a Design Engineer for three & a Half months now at your company since the 5th of
June, 2023.
As you know I live in hostel here and due to current economic conditions,
there has been a significant increase in cost of rent and utility bills. My CTC as a
Design Engineer has been 60 thousand. I request you to give me a minimum of
30% increment. I would be much obliged if the company could provide me with an
increment. I would also like to let you know that I am available for further
discussion regarding this.
During my time here, I have been dedicated and have never missed any
deadlines. I have worked meticulously to promote the growth of the company. I
believe that a review of my track record, and my commitment to your company
will justify the reasons for a raise in my salary before completion of probation
period.
Another matter that I want you to consider is of increment in fuel prices in
last few months which are affecting my daily life. In-recent-months-Fuel prices
have raised significantly.
I request you to give me the fuel allowance from the company kindly. So
that my daily household affairs must not be affected. I hope you will definitely
provide me with a monthly fuel allowance considering the current rising inflation. I
will be grateful for your cooperation.

I've never missed a deadline in my tenure here because I've always been
committed. I have diligently promoted the expansion of the company. I believe that
an evaluation of my track record and dedication to the company will justify a
salary increase before the conclusion of my probationary period.
I also want you to consider the increase in fuel prices over the past few months,
which is negatively impacting my daily existence. In recent months, petroleum
costs have increased substantially.
I humbly request that you provide me with the company's petroleum allowance. So
that my daily domestic responsibilities are not affected. I anticipate that you will
provide me with a monthly petroleum allowance, given the current inflation rate. I
will appreciate your cooperation.
